Forum about access to digital information at UNAM

On the 6th virtual forum organised by the Library system of UNAM (Mexico), they invited me to talk about the impact of copyright and intellectual property on access to digital information.

The context

I shared this forum with Enrique Muriel and Luis Fernando García (from R3D). Something that I wanted to change of this panel is that actually was a manel . We were talking about how the copyright needs flexibilities to put laws in the same level than daily practices by internet users and readers.
